- Validate the accuracy of information on cards
2. User Responsibilities
By using Cardify, you agree that:
- You are solely responsible for all content you create using our platform
- You will ensure all information on your cards is accurate and truthful
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your industry
- You will not create fraudulent or misleading certification cards
- You are responsible for obtaining proper certifications from authorized bodies

No Liability for Certification Claims
Cardify and Hedvo shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or legal issues arising from:
- False or misleading certification claims
- Product quality issues
- Regulatory compliance failures
- Third-party reliance on certification cards
- Any business or financial losses
4. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you create. Cardify retains ownership of the platform, templates, and software tools.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or create fraudulent content.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in Indian courts.
