2. Cancellation Policy
Subscription Cancellations
- Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime before the next billing cycle
- Annual subscriptions can be cancelled within 7 days of purchase for full refund
- Cancellation requests must be submitted through your account dashboard or customer support
- Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period
3. Refund Policy
Eligible for Refund
- Technical Issues — If our platform is unavailable for more than 24 hours due to technical problems
- Service Not as Described — If core advertised features are not available or functional
- Early Cancellation — Annual subscriptions cancelled within 7 days of purchase
- Billing Errors — Unauthorized or incorrect charges
Not Eligible for Refund
- Monthly subscriptions used for more than 7 days
- Services used extensively before requesting refund
- Change of mind after using the service
- Violation of terms of service leading to account termination
4. Refund Process
How to Request a Refund

- Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
5. Prorated Refunds
For annual subscriptions cancelled after the 7-day window, we may offer prorated refunds on a case-by-case basis for:
- Extended service outages beyond our control
- Significant feature removals that affect your usage
- Business closure or exceptional circumstances
6. Digital Service Acknowledgment
By subscribing to Cardify, you acknowledge that you are purchasing access to a digital service. Unlike physical products, digital services cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, which is why our refund policy is structured around service quality and satisfaction.
